Restaurant Štanger is an oasis of gastronomy located within the boutique hotel Acacia. The family tradition dates back to 1952.
The Štanger restaurant's menu is based on specialties made from fresh fish, Kvarner shrimp, Istrian truffles, and meat prepared over charcoal.
We prepare food with love, creatively and respecting tradition.
